Find me in your labyrinth (Stella and Jonathan)

Chapter 62

Chapter 62

Jonathan glanced at him, “Don’t be a wuss, you can do it too.”

Charlie shook his head laughing, then sighed, “I’m old now, I’ve long lost the passionate of my youth. S

ometimes, when looking at the women in bed, they all seem

the same.” This belongs to NôvelDrama.Org.

Jonathan coolly said, “You mean their prices, right?”

Charlie burst into laughter.

The two had walked away, and Saul’s attention was all on Estelle, “How does it feel to see me with Bro

oke? Do you regret it? If you do, we can…”

“Saul!” Estelle interrupted him, “Do I have to bring Brooke out here?”

Saul looked at her, shocked and hurt, “Estelle, don’t you have any feelings?”

Estelle’s pupils shrank slightly, and she seemed to see a hysterical woman through the wounded man.

The woman grabbed her hair and slammed it against the wall, cursing her, “Are you stupid? Are you ev

en my child?:

“You heartless wastrell

-How old was she then?

Three or four years old?

Estelle wasn’t sure.

She looked indifferent, pushed away Saul’s hand, and emotionlessly entered the private room.

As she walked in, Brooke looked up from the crowd, her eyes full of panic and vigilance.

Suddenly, Estelle felt pity for Brooke.

By ten o’clock that night, nobody in the group seemed to want to leave. Estelle and Isis told the class pr

esident that they were leaving early.

Isis took the last train home, while Estelle walked back to the Royal Mansion.

Once she got home, she took a shower and went to bed.

In the middle of the night, Estelle woke up from a nightmare, hearing noises in the living room.

The world outside the window was pitch black. She checked the time it was 1 AM.

There shouldn’t be any thieves in such an upscale area.

Estelle got up, opened the door, and saw the kitchen light on. There was a silhouette in front of the fridg

e.

Jonathan stood in front of the fridge, baffled as he rummaged through it filled with yogurt, chocolate, a

nd cakes. Eventually, he found his bottle of water in a corner. “Mr. Lamont,” said Estelle.

She didn’t expect Jonathan to be back at this time.

Jonathan opened the bottle and took a sip, saying quietly, “Did I wake you? I had a few drinks and figur

ed I’d come here to rest since it was close to me. You can go.

back to sleep.”

The Midnight Bar was indeed very close from here.

Estelle nodded and returned to her room.

After finishing his water, Jonathan showered and lay in bed, unable to fall asleep.

He had trouble falling asleep, especially after drinking tonight. His brain was awake, and he knew that h

e wouldn’t be able to sleep anytime soon.

He got up and walked over to the sofa, picking up a book to read.

When Estelle walked in, she saw Jonathan sitting on the sofa under

the floor lamp. The warm yellow light outlined his sharp profile, giving off an aloof and distant

aura in the dim room

Jonathan looked up. “What’s up?”

Estelle placed tea on the table with a calm voice, “I made tea for sobering up, it can help relieve heada

ches”

Jonathan smiled gracefully. Thank you”

“No problem, if there’s nothing else, I’ll-

“Stay with me!”

Estelle’s words were interrupted by Jonathan as he slowly spoke, “If you’re not too tired, can you sit wit

h me for a while?”
