Chapter 6347
Chapter 6347"The/re hitting me! They're trying to kill me!" The lady who sold the bedding fell to the ground, then startedcrying and yelling. She pretended to be shaking as she saw thebeaming light.
However, there wasn't a lot of fear in her eyes. She wasmostly shocked. She didn't expect Harvey to notice anythingat all.
Mandy was shocked as she observed it from behind the crowd.
She approached them, surprise evident in her eyes. "Harvey? What happened to these people?' Harvey waved his hand, signaling Mandy to calm down. Then.he narrowed his eyes as he watched the woman and said, "Idon't know what kind of resentment you have against the Ninth-Branch Company, and I don't know who sent you here-but the allergy and rot on you have nothing to do with theformaldehyde and polluted construction materials.
"What caused it was a kind of powder from a type of moth.
The ones who gave you the powder must have told you thatyou'll be fine after you wash it off within a period of time. Butl can tell you now, the moment you have these powders onyou, it will be extremely difficult to get them off you.
"The most problematic part about all of this other than theallergy was the fear of light. Even a little light would beenough to cause you immense pain. If I were you, I would calithe ambulance and pay the hospital's dermatologydepartment a visit and see if you can find the correct drugs foryour symptoms.
"You've bet the rest of your lives for a few coins... Are yougoing to make the smistake again?' All the shaking victims wanted to say something after hearingwhat Harvey had to say, pain on their faces, but they couldn'tsay anything.
That lady simply gritted her teeth and said, "What do youknow, boy? Stop making things up!" "Making things up?' Harvey said calmly, as if she had seenthrough the lady.
"If I'm correct, you're the one leading the crowd. But youdidn't cover yourself with that powder at all, but simply usedmakeup to make those victims think you're just the sasthem. The truth is, you were completely fine and weren'tafraid of light at all.
"If any of them were smart enough, they would have alreadyfound out that you lied to them." The lady's expression darkened. "You have no evidence, sostop making things up! Don't you know you shouldn't accuseanyone of anything without evidence?' Harvey calmly said, "Evidence? This is your evidence." And then, he took out a small spray from one of thereceptionists purse on the table and sprayed the liquid on thelad/s face. Text property © Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org.
"Ah!" The lady started screaming as her face seeminglymelted.
When the police officers saw what was happening, they allhad a change of expression. Sof them even took out theirfirearms, about to arrest Harvey.
"Stop screaming," Harvey said. "I didn't spray acid on you.
Its just smicellar water." All the victims tried to get up and narrowed their eyes as theytried to look.
While they were in a lot of pain, they were able to seesomething from the woman's face. None of them were fools-they realized not only were they deceived in one look, butthey had been used as tools as well.
