I'm Your Sister, Brother Chow

Chapter 4: Vivian Looks Very Uncomfortable

Chapter 4: Vivian Looks Very Uncomfortable

She knew that she should leave immediately, but her feet seemed rooted to the ground. She couldn't

move at all.

After a long while, Chow finally pushed Celine away. "Vivian should be coming soon," he said in a low,

hoarse voice.

Celine's face instantly showed a trace of dissatisfaction as she answered softly, "I told you that we

should have gone to my place. It's so inconvenient here."

Chow snickered and lifted Celine's chin with his finger. "What, did you want it that much? Don't worry,

I'll satisfy you well tonight."

As he said the last sentence, Chow raised his face again and looked at Vivian through the door gap, as

if he was saying it to her as well.

Vivian shivered hard at his gaze. She lowered her head, waiting for the show to end. It took a lot of

effort for her to stop herself from wanting to run away.

After confirming that Celine was decent once more, Vivian gently knocked on the dining room door with

trembling hands. "Brother Chow, Sister Celine, sorry I'm late," she said hesitantly.

Chow narrowed his eyes and looked at the door that was opening slowly. His voice instantly turned

cold. "It's very, very late. Didn't I tell you to come down in ten minutes?"

Vivian stood by the door silently, her hands tightly clutching the door handle.

She really didn't know what to say.

Should she say that she had actually arrived a long time ago but hadn't wanted to disturb the both of

them inside?

But if she did, wouldn't she surely get labelled as a pervert or a peeping tom?

"Come on, Chow, girls usually take a long time to wash up. The food isn't cold anyway, so don't blame

her."

Celine's cheeks were still red from the excitement just now. She lifted her head and looked at Vivian

standing by the door. "Come in and have dinner. Don't you have homework to do at night?"

She seemed more like the master of this household than Vivian did.

Vivian had long been accustomed to getting along with others like this anyway. She smiled at Celine

and went to sit at the other side of the table.

She knew that her deliberately avoiding Chow would make him angry, but for now, she just couldn't

care less.

She didn't want to face him at all.

As expected, as soon as she sat down, she saw Chow narrowing his eyes at her dangerously. She was

so scared that she quickly lowered her head and stared blankly at the table in front of her without

saying a word.

With Celine around, however, Chow said nothing after all. Instead, he reached out to the seat next to

his and pushed the food there towards Vivian.

Vivian was a little flattered, but she still dared not look at him. She kept her head lowered as she ate

Aunt Blaine had purposely made his favourite meat stew and crisp tofu for dinner tonight. She

happened to love them as well.

"Eat more. You're so bony that you're not so nice to touch and hold anymore." Chow ignored Vivian

completely as he turned around to smile gently at Celine.

Celine's face immediately turned red. She rolled her eyes at him. "Stop talking nonsense again!"

"I'm not talking nonsense. Just now, we..."

"Eat your dinner!" Celine picked up a piece of beef from her plate and stuffed it into Chow's mouth,

making him chuckle.

Vivian could only hear him joking around like this when he was with Celine.

With other people, Chow was used to showing his nonchalant attitude instead.
