Mated To The Lycan Brothers by Lady k

Chapter 9

Chapter

Zan

“What the hell do you think you are doing?” She asked through gritted teeth.

I lifted my head to look at her, she was fuming.

“The house had so many dirty things, so I asked Mateo if I could replace some-‘

“Alpha Mateo,” she corrected before I could finish my sentence.

It wasn’t going to be easy to live with her in this pack, but I needed to survive if I had a chance at living in this place.

Alpha Mateo. I asked him if 1 could bring in my things after clearing everything” I explained to her as she looked around the room, and then back

at me

“What?”

“Well, that is a problem with me. Daniel, didn’t you tell her the rules before you blindly agreed to do this?” She turned to Daniel, who sighed heavily before looking back at me.

“It’s my fault. I should have explained to her,” he retorted as she scoffed, nodding her head.

“I sec.””

“You can’t use resources anyhow just because you are the alphas…” She paused

“Mate!” I raised my eyebrow as she clenched her jaws.

Just

so you know. I didn’t use any of the pack’s money. All I did ask for was manpower,” I explained to her,

“Well, manpower also has resources. Don’t you guys have other things to do?” She raised her eyebrows at the two guys I came to know as Sam and Tyler

The guys lowered their heads, unable to respond, as I scoffed, shaking my head.

“What the hell are you still doing here?” She snapped at them. Sam looks at me and he lowers his head before me as he walks away

“And you? Shouldn’t you be training with the recruits?” She turned around to Daniel, who kept quiet.

“You are so quick. Already asking for favours?” She turned to me immediately after Daniel had left the room.

“I wasn’t quick. Mateo I paused as she raised her eyebrows

“Alpha Mateo told me if I needed anything. I should go to him. Forgive me if I didn’t follow the rules.”

“You are something else. But I know you won’t last long here. Just wait,” she stated as I swallowed hard looking in her eyes

“And do you know what happens to rejected mates in this pack?” She asked, coming closer to where I was standing.

“They become slaves.” She said, her lips turning up into a smile.

Itake

a step

back as she folds her arms looking down at me.

“Just like you were meant to be,” she added.

Looking at me with a look of disgust on her face from head to toe. I clenched my fists, looking into her eyes as she looked at the counter.

“Oh! Dove grey!” She turned to the bucket of paint on the counter.

My heart raced thinking of what she might do. I don’t like her calm attitude and the sly smile on her face.

She pulls the bucket to the edge of the table, making it balance with her hand. Moving her hand, she lets the bucket fall to the ground as all the paint splashes on the dust and some of it on my feet

“Oops!” she says covering her mouth Belonging to NôvelDrama.Org.

I clench my fist tighter, nails digging into my flesh.

“We can’t let her treat us like this. Let’s put her in her place, Paris echoes as I fight the urge to slap her.

101 PM

“No. We need to avoid confrontation with anyone. Do you want to become a slave Skye asked as I looked into her eyes.

“Sorry. You will just have to forgive me.” she beamed with a smile before turning on her heel, masking her true intentions behind her fake politeness.

“Let me know if you need manpower“.

“That bitch!” Paris fumed.

She turned her head to me before walking away

We should show them we are not some weak wolf they can treat like this,’ Paris went on ranting as I sighed heavily looking at the paint which was on the ground

It was

not going to be easy to be in this pack. That’s the more reason I should think of a way to get out of this place.

I spent the rest of the day cleaning up the room. When I was exhausted from carrying all this heavy stuff.

I needed to find something to eat, but then I didn’t even know where to pick up myself.

I sat on the floor looking around the room

All I did was take out the furniture and make sure the floors were clean. I didn’t even have a bed or chair where I could sit

A knock comes on the door and I struggle to get up. After a few attempts, I finally managed to get to my feet, making my way to the door.

Before I could open the door, it swung open as my eyes met with Theoden’s who was beaming with a smile.

“I hear things are not going as planned?” He asked me as he walked past me before I could even ask him to come in.

“What do you think?” I said, letting out a heavy sigh as he walked around with his hands in his pockets

“And the two mate thing? How is it going?” He asked, raising his eyebrow as I inhaled sharply.

“Well, one of my mates is married to a woman who hates me and the other one can’t wait to reject me. So imagine how it must be going for me,I chuckled softly, brushing my hair back

“Must be hard” he said monotone

“If you are done here. Please leave. I would like to rest”

He pauses, turning to me as if he didn’t hear me correctly, furrowing his eyebrows.

**Rest? Where will you sleep? There’s no bed or couch. And you look like someone who hasn’t shown in days,” he said to me, a look of concern on

his face as he walked around

“I will sort it out tomorrow,

He pauses, tilting his head as he gazes at me from head to toe.

You probably have never slept on the floor in your life. How will you survive this?” He asked me.

“I will manage. Wasn’t I originally a slave?” I said with a bit of sarcasm as he chuckled, shaking his head.

“How is that kid?” I asked him.

“Um….L…” he stuttered as 1 raised my eyebrows, waiting for him to say what he wanted to say.

“Maybe speak to Mateo about that.” He said as I furrowed my eyebrows,

“Why don’t you for tonight sleep in my cottage! I will have people get the house ready for you tomorrow. This isn’t clear where you should be staying” He offered.

Hot shower and a bed for the night? It sounded just like something I needed, but then again, it wasn’t a good idea.

“Come on. Let’s get you into something else.” He said to me as he grabbed me by my hand leading the way out of the cabin

“Theoden… No… I can’t.” I stuttered, trying to take his hand off my wrist.

“You are in no condition to live in that room. Now let’s go.” he said to me as he dragged me out of the house, leading me to the pack house

Theard wane thatter inssile the house and I could d tell they were having dinner as I swallowed hard. My heart was racing as I thought of what ing mates were doing with other women instead of us.

Don’t be sad, Skye said as I stopped in my tracks, tears filling my eyes as I looked up at ‘Throden.

*Come on. Just for the night,” he said, dragging me into the house as I walked into the foyer before the huge dining table where everyone was sitting and welcomed us

My eyes went straight to Micah, who didn’t even glance at me, not even once, then to Mateo, who quickly let go of summer as soon as he felt my presence.

“What the hell is this?” Summer asked as Theoden let go of my hand, turning to Matco.

“She has no bed or food. Didn’t you think to ask someone to send that to her?” Théoden snapped as I swallowed hard, not sure if I was welcome here as everything stopped what they were doing, shifting their attention to me.

“She had a bed and decided to throw it out. What did you expect?” Summer chuckled as I looked at Mateo, hoping he would say something to Summer, but he just kept quiet.

“Théoden:” I tugged on his shirt

“And the food?” He asked.

She looks at Kate, then back at Theoden

“You are ruining people’s mood. Can’t you see you are not welcome here? Summer asked me as I looked at Mateo, tears filling my eyes.

“Why isn’t he saying something! Skye asked, her voice cracking

1 knew he wouldn’t stop summer. Just the few days that I have been here, I know Mateo wouldn’t do anything to upset her.

‘Obviously. You can see the guy is weak and watching as his wife humiliates us.” Paris retorted as I blinked back my tears.

I shouldn’t cry in front of these people.

“Excuse me,” I said, turning on my heel as I ran out of the room, heading straight out as I blinked back my tears.

I ran back to the cabin and I clenched my fist. This was all my hand on my chest.

Livy’s fault. Why didn’t she just leave Edward for me? I inwardly asked myself as I placed

I sank to the floor as I softly whimpered, covering my mouth. How did my life become like this?

There was no way for me to escape and my mates won’t even reject me.

Another day of me sleeping on the floor.
