"Shouldn't Me Sanchez be concerned about the
e patient first?" Yonas said with a raised eyebrow
Yasmine placed the documents into the drawer and calmly said, "So, Mr. Russell, do you have any psychological issues?
Yonas stared at Yasmine, Heartbroken, suffering every day. What should I do?"
"Mr. Russell, has anyone ever told you that heartbreak is a normal psychological phenomenon, not a mental issue? If you find your distress to be unbearable, I would recommend either emotional catharsis or emotional sublimation methods, Yasmine said coolly. Yonas watched Yasmine with interest. He liked seeing her spirited demeanor-it suited her. "So, what are emotional catharsis and emotional sublimation?" he feigned ignorance
Yasmine replied calmly. "As the name suggests, emotional catharsis is venting, talking to someone, perhaps a friend or family member. Emotional sublimation, on the other hand, means turning that sadness into strength and making great progress in work or studies. Personally, I recommend these two methods"

Yonas tapped his fingers lightly on the desk, creating a crisp, dull sound. Suddenly, he pointed at Yasmine and asked, "So, can I talk to I mean, I'm kind of your friend, right?"
Yasmine shook her head. She said, "Mr. Russell, you have plenty of friends around you. I'm just a teacher in the counseling office with a lot of work to handle every day"
"Is that all Ms. Sanchez has to say to me?" Yonas seemed a bit disappointed
Yasmine looked at him puzzled, then after a moment of thought, she spoke, "What do you want me to say. Mr. Russell Heartbreak is just a matter of time for some-it only takes a few days to get over it. But for others, it takes everything they have to barely forget it, and some never let go their whole life.
"And you, what about you?" Yonas dropped his hand and suddenly leaned closer to Yasmine, locking eyes with her.
Yasmine's breach hitched, her gaze shifting away as she cleared her throat, "Mr. Russell, we're here to discuss your problems."
Yonas wasn't going to let it go, continuing to ask, "Why won't Ms. Sanchez answer me? Do you think you can get over it quickly, or is it one of the other two?"
Yasmine didn't want to answer, "Mr. Russell, if your consultation is over, you can leave now. Don't hold up other students who need to be counseled.

Yasmine felt like her heart was being torn apart, but she couldn't deny that what Yonas said was true. She couldn't let go of their relationship herself. and she couldn't even convince Yonas when she couldn't convince herself. She forced a smile and said, "But it's different. Yonas. You have Irene."
"I don't." Yonas fixed his gaze on her, speaking each word clearly. "Yasmine, from start to finish, I've only ever had you, no one else." Yasmine shook her head, "What about before you met me!"
Yonas's eyes flickered, unable to answer that "Yasmine, truly, I've only ever liked you."Content © NôvelDrama.Org 2024.
"Yonas, stop saying things like that. Isn't it true that your grandpa and William from the White family are already planning your engagement? A childhood promise, growing up together. I've long been the third wheel that should step aside, Yasanine said with a self- mocking smile. Yonas frowned deeply. "Who said those things to you?"
"Who else but your childhood sweetheart? Yasmine scoffed.
"Yasmine, all of that is a he. You should understand how I feel Yonas said.
Tears shimmered in Yasmine's eyes. "No, I don't know. Have you ever said these things to Irene or just in front of me?"
Yonas looked at her with convirtion, I made things clear to her back in Saints Haven. She must have been upset, and that's why she said those things to you?
Younine nodded, "But the psues between us have nothing to do with her. hope you understand" Even before frene had spoken those words to her,
11:19 AM M
Yasmine had already been disappointed in Yonas.
Yonas entered the room with a heavy heart, well aware of how Yasmine would respond to him. He had prepared himself for the discouraging words, yet he couldn't resist coming over. "Yasmine, I'm really here for some advice," he said earnestly. Lately, his nights were filled with nightmares, and every time he closed his eyes, he saw gruesome scenes. He tossed and turned, unable to sleep. Seeing the dark circles under his eyes, Yasmine knew he was telling the truth. She asked, "Why not just get some sleeping pills from the hospital? I can write you a recommendation." She paused and then asked, "Is there anything else bothering you?" Yonas hinted, "Docs lovesickness count!"
"It doesn't. Mr. Russell. If there's nothing else, please leave." Yasmine said with a stony expression, wanting him to go.
Yonas knew what she was thinking, but still, he stayed firmly seated, refusing to leave. He couldn't understand why Yasmine disliked him so much or why she wanted him gone. "Yasmine, can I talk to you about it?" he shamelessly asked. Yasmine shook her head coldly, "No, you can't"
Yonas shook his head. "Sure, aren't the teachers in the counseling office supposed to listen to the patient's concerns?" His eyes widened as he looked at Yasmine. Yasmine suspected that if she refused, Yonas would surely bring up Carter again. She held her forehead in frustration, but was helpless Against Yonas,
"Fine, but I can still refuse." Yasmine said, her tone cold and distant.
Yonas slowly stood up from his seat. He didnt want to see Yasmine like this, but he had no choice but to accept it and leave at this point. He didn't want to push Yasmine too hard as it might backfire.
She thought Yonas would come back a few days later, but to her surprise, he appeared in the counseling office again before the end of the workday. This time, he had a bag in his hand. Yonas placed the bag on Yasmine's desk, and as soon as it was opened, a sweet aroma filled the air-it was dessert from Dessert Oasis.
Yasmine looked at the custard tarts Yonas pushed towards her, feeling a mix of emotions. She pushed the tarts back to him. "You have them. Mr. Russell Do you have some kind of psychological issue!"
Yonas's eyes dimmed as he regretfully put the custard tarts back in the bag. "Yasmine, I bought these just for you. I don't want them. Take them home and enjoy them later." Yasmine nodded, "Go ahead"
"I just miss you, and the more I think about you, the more it hurts, Yonas said with a heavy expression
Yasmine knew what he was thinking, but she also understood that no matter what Yonas said, she wouldn't forgive him. "Mr. Smith, if that's all you have for me, then I'm off duty. With that, Yasmine stood up, gathered her things, and left the consultation room.
