Say You Will Be Mine

Chapter 17 Leave my Child Alone

Chapter 17 Leave my Child Alone

Two months later, Matilda was pregnant.

She was surprised and afraid. She was afraid that the child will inherit her leukemia. She wanted to find

the opportunity to have an abortion, but was shut up by Samuel.

Seeing her belling growing, her face became gaunt. Samuel was afraid that it was not good to the child,

he sent Rebecca to her.

But it did nothing to dispel the growing sense of panic in her heart.

When her child in belly was seven months old, Laney came to her.

“You bitch!” looking at her big belly, Laney had flame of anger in her eyes.

Matilda held her belly and guarded it carefully. She didn't want anything happened to the child since it

had become so big.

Laney stretched out her hand to hit her and she failed to dodge.

She got a slap on her face and had a red slap print.

Matilda’s face was hit to slant. She warned her in a low voice, “Laney, don't push too hard!”

Laney sat in front of her and showed a sarcastic smile, “I beat you, so what!”

She raised her again, but was caught by Matilda. The two bodyguards brought by Laney pressed

Matilda onto the ground.

Matilda felt pain in her belly. She made a low cry and refused to kneel, but one of the bodyguards

kicked her in the knee, making her flop to the ground.

She curled up, carefully protecting her belly. Upstodatee from Novel(D)ra/m/a.O(r)g

If it wasn't for her child, how could she be in such a mess?

“Ah... Mommy, you bad people!” When Rebecca came from the room, she saw this scene, cried out

loud, pounced on the two bodyguards, kicking and biting, but was thrown aside.

“Rebecca!” Matilda gave a shrill cry and watched Rebecca slide down the wall and lose consciousness.

“Laney!” She turned her head and stared at Laney, who was smiling maliciously toward her, with a light

of hate in her eyes.

“You'd better not touch her, or I'll not let you go!”

Laney laughed mockingly, commanding the bodyguard to carry up Rebecca who was in coma,

swinging her like a toy.

“What kind of touch do you mean, like this? Or like this?”

Looking at the bodyguards swinging Rebecca, Matilda was angry and hit the bodyguard forcefully and

grabbed Rebecca from his hands. Then she saw the child had nosebleed.

She wiped it carefully on her sleeve. She was angry and anxious, turned her head and stared at Laney.

“Laney, don't think I'm afraid of you! I now am pregnant with Samuel's child. If there is a mishap, even if

you have a thousand mouths, you can’t make yourself clear!”

Laney stared maliciously at her big belly, shining with envy in eyes.

Damn it, she had been engaged to Samuel all this time and he hadn't even touched her!

Not only that, he let Matilda give birth to his child!

Why?

Why should all the good things be occupied by Matilda? With what she betrayed Samuel, he was still

obsessed with her, and her exhausted scheming cannot get Samuel’s love?

Thinking of this, she commanded two bodyguards to seize her wrist, “Ha ha, are you sure it is Samuel's

child? It may be a wild child. I help Samuel to get rid of it!”

“No, what do you want?” Matilda’s wrists were fixed by two bodyguards. Watching Laney came forward

with a pair of scissors, she stepped desperately backward, but she was caught and had to desperately

shake her head.

“Samuel is coming back. If he sees you kill his child, he will go crazy... No, please don't, I'll promise you

anything...!”

The sharp scissors were swinging at her belly and she closed her eyes in fear.

Right now, there was a sound coming from the porch. Immediately she heard scissors fall to the

ground. Laney screamed.

“Sister, why do you do this to me?”

With grievances, she blamed Matilda. Matilda opened her eyes and found the scissors should have

stabbed her belly fell on the ground stained with blood.

Laney sat in her opposite, covering her bleeding arm looking at Samuel.

She lifted her tearful face.

Samuel unbuttoned his suit and looked outrageously livid.

Matilda closed her eyes and stroked her unhurt belly.

The child was fine. She did not care what was on Samuel’s mind.

Not once or twice, anyway.

“She is asking you a question.” The next second, Samuel grabbed her jaw and forced her to raise her

head.

She opened her eyes and said, “What do you want to hear from me? When have you ever listened to

me?”

Samuel was shocked. He slightly let go of the hand pinching Matilda's chin. He said with a gloomy

face, “Is the child all right?”

Matilda smiled sadly. The only connection between them was the child.

At this time, Laney, who was clutching her bleeding arm, pulled Samuel's sleeve and said pitifully,

“Samuel, don't blame my sister. She may be emotionally unstable recently, I am fine.”

She said she was fine, but she covered her arm and “hissed”, as if she wanted to let the whole world

see that her arm was hurt.

Samuel frowned and then turned around, sending out terrible momentum.

“What brought you here?” He asked Laney, frowning.

Laney paused, not expecting that Samuel was not the first to see her wound, but asked her why she

had come here.

Her heart fluttered with anger, but her smile grew sweeter.

She raised her face and said in panic, “I thought it would be very boring for my sister to live here alone.

I wanted to talk with her. Unexpectedly, she picked up the scissors from the table just after I said a few

words --”

She said half of her speech. This trick worked very well. In the past, Samuel would think she was too

kind to push the charges to Matilda, and would further torture Matilda.

But this time, she was wrong.

Samuel looked around, fixing his eyes on the bodyguards who had been standing on the side since he

entered. He pointed to them. “Do you need to bring two bodyguards to talk with her?”

Laney was stunned. When she wanted to explain, she was interrupted by Samuel.

“Don't always think I'm blind. Matilda's belly is already big. It's no time for you to fool around. Go back.”

In the past, he turned a blind eye to what Laney did, because he held hated to Matilda. Now although

there was hate, but for the sake of the child, he could not hurt her.

Samuel closed his eyes, telling himself that it was only for the child's sake.

Laney wanted to explain, but Samuel waved his hand, indicating two bodyguards to take her away.

There were only two people left in the room and the comatose Rebecca.
