The CEO's Mischievous Little Bride

Chapter 698 The Cowardly Mrs. Olteran

In the dimly lit room, Sebastian was close enough to clearly see Molly beneath him. Their eyes met, and he tightened his grip around her. "I thought you knew without me having to say it."noveldrama

Molly shot back, "Well, I thought you knew without me having to say it."

Sebastian was speechless.

He leaned down to kiss Molly, but she turned her face away in a huff, causing his kiss to land on her cheek.

"Molly, how about we both share our feelings?"

Molly squirmed a bit, looking at Sebastian with a mischievous glint in her eyes. "You go first."

Sebastian, usually so clever, fell right into Molly's trap for the first time.

He took his time, his voice trembling slightly with a magnetic charm unique to grown men. The warmth of his breath made Molly's heart race. He leaned close to her ear and slowly said, "Molly, I love you. I think I've loved you for a long time."

Molly's heart skipped a beat, the little deer hidden inside her was awakened, darting around wildly.

The next second, Sebastian took her earlobe into his mouth, sending a shiver through her. Instinctively, she pressed her hands against his firm chest.

"Molly, it's your turn."

Molly blinked, her face turning red. "Sleep."

Sebastian was puzzled. "Molly, what did you just say?" They were supposed to express their love for each other, he went first, now it was her turn.

Molly covered her face with both hands. "It's time to sleep, Sebastian. We have plans for tomorrow."

Sebastian didn't respond, grabbing one of Molly's hands and pulling it down. But Molly still had one hand covering her face. When he tried to pull the other hand, she quickly covered her face again, hiding her sweet smile. "Sebastian, let's sleep. I'm really tired." Having successfully set her trap and heard the answer she wanted, Molly began to sweetly act spoiled.

Sebastian didn't believe her. "Molly, you need to say that sentence."

"Which sentence?" Sebastian's trick had been learned perfectly by Molly.

Under the covers, Sebastian moved closer to Molly, wrapping one arm around her waist from behind. He flipped her over, pressing down on her, his lips attacking the sensitive areas around her mouth, even kissing off her shoulder strap. "Sebastian, stop, it tickles."

Molly tried to push Sebastian away, but her lips were immediately captured.

Later, Molly would realize that Sebastian's tactic was called "feinting."

Pinned beneath him, Molly still held her ground. "Sebastian, you said you've loved me for a long time. How long?"

Sebastian looked at the cunning Molly beneath him. "You tell me what I want to hear first, then I'll tell you what you want to hear."

Molly wasn't foolish. Her mind was sharp now, and Sebastian couldn't deceive her. "You tell me when you started having feelings for me, then I'll tell you what you want to hear."

Sebastian was frustrated.

Unable to contain his frustration, Sebastian tightened his hold on Molly and kissed her everywhere.

His hand had just landed on Molly's thigh when she grabbed it. "Sebastian, this is my room."

Sebastian held back, knowing that Molly would be going home tomorrow, and her good days would be over.

Eventually, Molly fell asleep under Sebastian's broad arms, accepting her "punishment" for being unruly. But hearing his confession for the first time put her in a good mood, so she didn't mind being pinned down.

In the nearby bedroom, Teddy was asleep, and Vera was rhythmically patting his little bottom. She looked at Patrick, deep in thought, wondering how she could start a fight with him and go home for a few carefree days.

Patrick closed his eyes, casually turning over, but his awkward position made Vera yell at him.

"I'm going home tomorrow. You almost woke Teddy with your careless turning," Vera snapped.

Teddy was sound asleep, oblivious to everything.

Patrick opened his deep eyes, looking at Vera, who was making a fuss. His brows furrowed sternly. "Teddy is asleep now. I can send him out at any moment. Don't cause trouble."

Vera bit her tongue nervously, avoiding Patrick's gaze, but her mouth stubbornly muttered, "I insist on going home."

Patrick sat up, preparing to take Teddy away. Vera immediately threw herself beside Teddy, hugging him tightly. "Patrick, I'm sorry. I won't say it anymore."

Patrick warned, "Stay away from Molly. Don't blame me for not warning you about her bad ideas."

Vera nodded fearfully. "Just don't take Teddy away." Teddy was her shield now.

Patrick saw it was getting late. "Go to sleep."

Vera pouted, "I slept all afternoon. I'm not sleepy."

Even though it was her own doing, Patrick heard it as her being spoiled. "I'll send Teddy out."

"Honey, goodnight."

Vera immediately hugged Teddy, determined to sleep even if she wasn't tired.

Patrick chuckled softly, getting up to tuck the blanket around the mother and son before lying down himself.

The next day, Vera saw Molly and almost went up to tell her that her idea didn't work. But seeing Sebastian beside her, Vera wisely kept quiet.

In the future, when Molly personally stepped into the trap, she'd realize how foolish the idea Vera had given her was.

Vincent and Cindy decided not to join the young ones. Cindy had her own social circle and occasionally met up with friends. Vincent had work commitments, so only three young couples, along with one elder and one child, set off.

Susan was as excited as if they were going on a spring outing. She somehow produced

a tablecloth and put it in Randall's trunk.

Randall asked, "Did you tear off your bedsheet?"

Susan paused, holding the cloth. "Randall, is it ugly?"

"It's not ugly!" Randall said, "It's very nice."

Then Susan started loading the trunk with drinks, milk, Teddy's formula, a large thermos filled with hot water, and a big box of fruit, apples, grapes, strawberries...

Randall stayed silent about most of it, but he couldn't help asking the excited Susan, "Susan, what are we going for?"

"Cherry picking." Randall looked at the box of cherries in Susan's arms. "Are we going to pick cherries to eat, or eat the ones we brought?"

Susan looked down and realized she had grabbed cherries.

She ran back to put them in the fridge.

Shawn brought snacks from home. "Susan, let's take these to eat, and some bread for lunch."

Shawn's excitement was second only to Susan's.

Susan happily went to get them.

Sebastian said, "Dad, we're not going to a deserted mountain. There are restaurants

nearby."
