The Girlboss Begs for Remarriage

Chapter 2643

As Frank was not powerful enough to handle everything all at once, Myra therefore had to inspect the strength of Mystic Sky Guild for now.

"A moment, please," Frank said and called Jada Turin. "Come in!"

Jada entered just as he finished.

Seeing Jada's powerful presence, Janice could see right away that she was from Mystic Sky Guild and could even be one of Frank's close confidants.

She was shocked-did Frank already foresee that there would be problems and have his people come ahead of time?

He certainly fit the young and dangerous type whom her grandfather had described.

"What would you like to see?" Jada asked just then.

"Anything you like!"

Jada nodded before picking up a plate from the table and striding over to the west wall.

"What, is she going to show how she breaks the plate?"

Myra laughed. "Now you're just underestimating us. Sure, we don't have many martial artists among our ranks, but did you think we wouldn't have seen them in action? This isn't going to work for us."

Frank smirked in turn-Myra was just being humble.

He might not have proof, but it was only logical for dynasties like the Zahn family to have the protection of martial elites. Otherwise, they would find life more than difficult.

However, it was not an issue-she could be humble all she wanted, and it was still none of Frank's business.

"You've got it wrong!" Jada said just then and held up the plate with one hand.

With the other, she punched at the plate.

Bang!

There was now a crater on the wall, but the plate was not even chipped!

"Beautiful!"

Both Myra and Janice could not help clapping and cheering for Jada.

After all, there were plenty who could punch holes into walls, but the dexterity to

do so with an object between proved the depth of Jada's might.

And that was enough to tell the whole story of Mystic Sky Guild. Even if Jada was Frank's number two, and there probably would not be anyone stronger, they must have martial elites lining their ranks who could protect the Zahn family.

Nodding, Myra said, "You've shown me something really amazing, Mr. Frankton. I've seen many men who are only good for their looks, but handsome and strong? You're the first.

"In my opinion, while men and women appear physically different, we are actually one and thenoveldrama

same-men like to conquer

girlbosses, and is there any woman who wouldn't like your type?"

Frank stared at Myra sideways, taking her searing gaze without flinching.

Janice tugged on her right then. "Forget it, Aunt Myra. You're pushing it—how is this different from the casting couch?"

Myra pushed her away, rolling her eyes and snorting. "It's a joke. Why do you have to take everything so seriously?"

Janice sighed in relief-thank goodness it was just a joke, or Frank would really turn on them.

However, she was soon left seething

as she watched Myra slide Franka room card, clearly not giving up.

"That's mine. I'm staying for a couple of days-call me anytime you

change your mind."

Once Myra left, Janice quickly apologized, "Sorry, Mr. Frankton. That's just how

my aunt is... don't get upset with her. I'll keep the card."
