The Persistent CEO Wants A Baby

Tame my son

“How dare you! You shameless arrogant man I feel disgusted to stand with. You’ve cause her absolutely nothing but pain! I hope you’re happy now huh?”

Wayne have tried so much to pull Diana away from Aiden but she seem so pissed and wasn’t ready to hear whatever it is anyone has to say.

“All she have ever done, was try to make you happy! She bows to your feet and bind to the contract, what do you do!? Take her for granted and abused her. You should be ashamed of yourself.”

“Diana, that’s enough.”

“Don’t talk to me Wayne! You stay off this.” Her face wasn’t the same and even Wayne was too scared to say much to her cause he knows she’ll use his words against him.

Wayne have never seen this look on Diana’s face until now, and it tells so much of how she cares about her friend.

“In case she never told you.. Tihana have been through a lot already, She has no family! And that date? I was supposed to be the one at that date but because I hate you but couldn’t say no to my father, I have to let her replace me. None of this was her fault! Just stop it already, stop hurting her. God knows what you did that made her bleed.”

“I didn’t do anything.” Aiden replied slowly for the first time to all of Diana’s yelling.

“I don’t care what you’ve to say. Just hope nothing happens to her! And about her pregnancy? I hope she loses this baby so she can terminate her contract with you and have piece of mind.”

“Diana!” Wayne called and this time, he wasn’t trying to calm Diana down, he was trying to put her in order.

Hell seek, this is his boss she’s talking to like this and as much as Aiden deserve to hear everything that is being said to him, Wayne feels like that last words of Diana was so out of line.

“Watch what you say.. Dia”

“Or what? Go on! Support him because he’s your boss. Both of you are actually the same. And I’d appreciate it if I don’t meet you both here again when she wakes up.”

“But why? I need to know if she’s okay!” Aiden stood up and made to walk into Tihana’s ward but Diana spread her arm, blocking his way.

“You wouldn’t dare. Leave… You two!” Her eyes went to Wayne’s but it was only for a second before she broke the glance.

“Just leave. You’ve done enough, go home and drink yourself to stupor. You deserve the best husband medal.”

Aiden stepped back and breathed, putting his hand inside his pocket, he sighs.

“Alright. Just take care of her.”

“I have been doing that all my life and I don’t need you to put me up on a task.”

Aiden looks at Wayne and like he understands, they both walked out of the corridor. Diana sighed and enters the ward.

“He left?” Tihana asked immediately, opening her eyes.

“Yes. Hope you’re feeling better? Girl, you got me so worried and I’m so mad at you too.”

Tihana slowly sat up and led her back on the wall before looking at Diana.

“Don’t be. I’m fine, just need a glass of water.”

“Let me get one for you.”

Tihana watched her exist the room and returns minutes later with the water, she handed it to her and Tihana didn’t hesitate to drink it all down at a go.

“I’ll keep it here.” Diana took the glass from her and place it on the side table.

“Why did you ask me not to let him in.. but first, why do I have to find out about your pregnancy from someone else? And you aren’t even returning my calls.”

“I’m sorry Diana. Everything had happened too fast I hardly had time to think about it.”

Diana looks at her and sigh. “I forgive you.”

“About Aiden… I feel I’ve been too harsh on him and stuffs.”

“You don’t have to feel bad, Aiden have been hard on you too. He recently changed just because you threatened to leak out the secret and then also because you’re carrying his baby.”

“Truth be told Diana. I don’t think I want to do this, carry this baby. I just want to end everything. Like terminate the contract, pay for the damages and have this pregnancy removed.”

“You’ll do no such thing.” A voice interrupted them both and Diana and Tihana looked at the door to meet an elegant looking woman standing there.

She walks closely to them and removed her sun glasses after all.

“You must be Ms Tihana Turner?” She questioned.

“Yes. And you’re?”

Tihana looked at Diana in question of who the woman was, but Diana had raised her eyebrows that she had no idea who she was.

“Sorry for bragging in. My name is Moreen Turner. I’m Aiden’s Mother.”

“Oh My!” Tihana exclaimed and then silence fall in the room. Both Tihana and Diana were clearly in shock.

Ms Turner takes her time to stare at Tihana and at the end, she realized she actually liked her.

“Have a sit maa.” Diana offered and sat up pushing the chair towards her.

“Thank you.” And turning to Tihana, ” How are you feeling? Hope nothing happened to the baby?”

“No ma’am. About what you heard.. uhm…”

“Don’t worry, I know you’re not going to do it.” Tihana nodded and there was yet again, another round of silence.

“Who’s she?”

“Oh.. This is Diana Watts. She’s my best friend and a sister to me.”

“Watts! I know your father. He never told me his daughter is all this fully grown.” There was a chuckle among them.

“Pleasure to meet you ma’am. I’m still surprised because Aiden never speaks about you.”

“Yeah. You know Aiden, he’s an headache on his own. Actually Tihana, I came here to see you personally. I came over immediately I find out about you.”

Tihana looks from her to Diana in surprise.

“I’ll excuse you two now. If you need anything, just call.” Diana directed the last statement to Tihana who nodded.

“Why do you want to see me ma’am? ”

“Can’t I see you? I mean, I was never there on the wedding day and had seen you only once in the wedding picture I received. I was kind of worried and anxious to know who my son got married to.”

Tihana gave her a wry smile as she had no idea what to say.

“Anyways. Tell me, Do you love My son?.”

Tihana choked over nothing as she started coughing. Ms Turner had to hand her over the glass of water again.

“Thank you” she muttered and handed it back.

“You’re carrying his baby. Don’t tell me you don’t love him? How were you able to put up with being pregnant for someone you don’t love.”Property of Nô)(velDr(a)ma.Org.

With the way she keeps saying this, it made Tihana wonder she wasn’t informed about the fake marriage too.

“Anyways. We have a lot to talk about. But most important thing daughter…. I really need to make use of your help.”

Tihana raise her eyelids and look at her.

“My help? Of what help could I possibly be to you?”

“I want you to… I want you to tame my son.”

The words came out slow and while Tihana try to pretend she didn’t hear it, she couldn’t. Cause she’d heard her words!
