The Rebirth of the Betrayed Alpha

"Come on let's go to Nathaniel" Zac said. He holds her hand as they stride towards Nathaniel.

When Nathaniel's eyes falls on Alexandra, he could sense what was running through her mind.

"Are you alright?" He asked. Although he already know the answer to his question.

"Yes" She nods her head. Alexandra was alright. This was indeed her revenge. The end of Olivia and Bernard. Something that should have happened a long time ago after Veronica's death but Olivia and Adams had another plan which caught up to her and for a while made her think that her revenge wouldn't be achieved. "Are you sure? Look if this is too much for you, I can have them jailed"

"No. I'm alright. I can't take chances. Adam will be back and he may break them out. I ended Veronica and I will end them, that way they will be gone forever with no hope of ever returning to cause havoc to this pack or to me"

"Someone has to pay for what happened and they are a part of this"

Nathaniel engulfs her for a moment, he trails his index hand on her cheek. "I hand Olivia and Bernard over to you. Do to them what you want. Punish them, if you wish or have them released"

"My decision is to punish them" She said and Nathaniel nods.

Neither Olivia nor Bernard deserved her forgiveness. They plotted her downfall in the past and they still did it again after her rebirth so they deserve nothing more than to be punished. Nathaniel stares at Alexandra as she takes slow yet calculated steps towards Olivia. The look in Alexandra eyes was cold and wicked.

Olivia scoffed. "How disappointing, I'm about to be crucified by you"

"Who were you thinking would be the one to end you?"

"I don't know. Anyone just not you. Perhaps your mate, would have been nice to see his cute face"

Alexandra frowns. She still hated when she talked about Nathaniel. "Even in the face of death, you will still choose to piss me off"

"That's how I live. That's how it should be, don't you think?"

Olivia rolls her eyes. "How unfortunate our ill fated encounter ends today"

"Do you know my biggest regret?"

"What is it?"

"I never got a chance to taste your blood"

Alexandra grinned. "You're crazy"

"Yea but you know whose blood I still remembered"

"Whose?" She arched up her brow at Alexandra

"Your mother, Veronica. I tasted her blood and it was good"

Olivia struggled trying to break away from the chains and attack Alexandra but

she couldn't. Olivia screamed, glaring at Alexandra.

"I hate you"

"Hate. I detest you to the core Olivia Guerrero. You have no idea how many times

I have played killing you in my head and today I get to do it"

"I'm not going to beg you to save me"

"Well I wasn't planning on listening to you either"

Tears crowd Olivia's eyes. "You're pathetic"

"I hope you never rest in peace Olivia" With that, Alexandra draws out a sword

and jabs into Olivia's chest. Her gaze wicked as she stares into Olivia's eyes.

Olivia coughs out blood, forcing a smile, she pretends to be taking in the pain but the excruciating pain kicks in.

"Our ill fated path ends here today" Alexandra draws out the sword and slits her throat. Blood spatter. Alexandra drives the sword into her chest turning the sword around, she drives it further into her chest and Olivia dies. Alexandra points the sword at Bernard and he swallowed, terrified. The look in her eyes was firm. Although not cold, there was empathy, warmth. He wasn't sure.

"Alexandra"

"Father" She scoffed. "Should I call you that?"

"You can call me whatever you want"

"Why? Because I have the power to kill or let you go"

"Is not like that. I'm sorry"

"For what? Not taking my side or not loving me. You never loved me nor my mother"

"If I can go back time"

"Well you can't!" She retorts. "That's the worst part" tears crowd her eyes.

Bernard blinks his eyes trying to hold the tears but couldn't. Tears brims down his face. Alexandra was

disappointed by his hatred and

saddened that all he ever did was

hate her.

"Good bye Father" With that she drove the sword into his chest, weeping and

Bernard held her hand as the sword pierced his chest.

"Goodbye Alexandra" Bernard dies.

Alexandra falls to her knees crying All her life, she wanted his approval, but all she got was his hatred. Nathaniel engulfed her. Alexandra stared at him.

"Is alright"

She was scared of the mature bond. Although Alexandra believed that she and Nathaniel will not make the same mistake.

Nathaniel wipes the tears on her cheeks.

"I hate it when you cry. I thought handing them over to you will make you happy"

"It did" Alexandra smiles.

"I get it" He tucks the strand of hair behind her ear. "Listen I wanted to talk to you about something"

The look in his eyes told Alexandra that he was serious but what could he want to say to her.

"What is it?"

"Marry me Alexandra. I want you to marry me not as an agreement but as a true mate"

At that moment, Alexandra felt her mate cheering.

"So what do you have to say?"

She arched up her brow. "It depends"

"On what?"

"I didn't hear you the first time"

Nathaniel smiles. "You're teasing me right?"

"Am I? Not really"

Nathaniel stands up, he glances at the people around. "May I have your attention

please"

"Just what are you doing?"

"You said you didn't hear me"

"Marry me Alexandra Guerrero. Not as an agreement or anything but I want you to

marry me as my true mate. What do you have to say?"

Alexandra smiles, biting her lower lips.

"What is your reply?" Nathaniel smiles widely, staring into her eyes and she stares back. The tension between them not ebbing away.
