Rachel cast a worried glance at Willow, then looked at Hailey nervously as she wondered how Hailey would answer this.

She didn't teach Hailey how to answer questions about her father. They never even touched the subject.

Willow was watching them nearby. She began to tear up as her heart tingled, feeling emotional and nervous.
