The seven days made Wilbur understand many things. Life may have its obstacles, but this world was still a positive one where everyone hoped for a better future. People could work together to build a better city and life for themselves.

Wilbur stood atop the city walls, feeling the rays of sunlight on his skin. This only made him all the more certain that he had a mission on his shoulders.

Upon returning to the hotel, Wilbur took out the dragon cauldron fragment to read its spirit message while also channeling his spirit energy into the piece to find out where the fourth piece would be.

What shocked Wilbur was that the fourth fragment of the ninth dragon cauldron was also in Kosanto, down in the southern part of the country in a small village by the border.

Wrecknam was located on the west side of Kosanto, and its planes only flew out to Riol International Airport. Thus, Wilbur had to fly there, and then take another plane to Samon, located south of Kosanto.

He arrived in Samon after three hours and rented an SUV to head to Diseya, a village by the border.

Kosanto was a small country that hardly any people knew of, and Wrecknam was considered its most developed city aside from Riol. Samon, where Wilbur was, was the least developed city in the entire country.

That should mean that Diseya must be a desolate village. However, when Wilbur drove around, he noticed that the place was bustling with life. Diseya may be a village, but its size and infrastructure could qualify it as a city.

Diseya was paved with asphalt roads. There was a huge parking lot that could hold two thousand cars, and all cars that came into Diseya had to be parked there.

Wilbur was no exception, and the guards led him into the parking lot. Since Diseya was a village by the border, its economy should have been rather underdeveloped. However, that was far from the case. Wilbur saw a good number of luxury cars in the parking lots, with there being ten Maseratis, five Ferraris, two Rolls Royces, and a Jeep Wrangler.

This would hardly mean much in a city, but seeing luxury cars like that in a small village by the border definitely shocked Wilbur.

A border village, based on Wilbur's knowledge, were usually extremely underdeveloped and shabby. In a place like this, even ten years' worth of economy might not be enough for them to afford a Ferrari.

And yet, there was a fleet of luxury cars here. The parking lot guard waited until Wilbur had parked before coming up to him with a paper and pen. "What's your name and why are you here? How long do you plan to stay here?"

Kosanto may be a small country, but it was in the International Union and had pretty good relations with the Allied States. Wilbur took out his license from the Department of Paranormal Research and Defense, and the guard nodded. "Ah, so you're from the Dashan Department of Paranormal Research and Defense. This way, sir. Something strange has been happening in Diseya, and I hope you can help us fix it."

"What strange thing are we talking about here?" Wilbur asked curiously.

The guard was a man named Arsi, who told Wilbur that a monster called the Night Demon had recently appeared in the village. Like its name, the Night Demon would come out at night and capture live human beings to feed on. Almost a hundred people had been killed by the beast in the last two months alone.

Now, the people here would bolt their doors and windows shut every night and refuse to leave the house. This caused Diseya's economy to take a turn for the worse, and Arsi hoped that Wilbur would be able to help get rid of the Night Demon.
