Mackley said, "That's right, Mister Penn. You're currently facing the Moda military. If you continue, you will be undoubtedly at war with the Moda military. Wilbur finally understood that Smith and Mackley were merely representatives sent by the Moda military to negotiate with him. Their goal was to stop him from investigating the Night Demon further.
