This time, Wilbur was unconscious for two whole days. During this time, the higher-ups in Moda regained their control over the army. After hosting an urgent meeting, they agreed in unison to repair and strengthen the relationship between Moda and Kosanto.

After the meeting, Moda and Kosanto signed a series of agreements that would restore their friendship back to how it was fifty years ago.

Despite the fact that the Night Demon Project was exposed, it was eventually covered up to avoid negative impacts on the two countries. Both countries took action to limit and restrict the citizens from discussing the incident.

A large number of soldiers stormed Diseya, clearing out the corpses on the streets and giving the town a good cleanup. The town's mayor also made an appearance to comfort the townsfolk.

By the time Wilbur woke up two days later, the entire town was restored to its former glory. Everyone was busy working on their own things, and the higher-ups of Kosanto had also made the surprising move of turning Diseya into a tourist town.

Seeing the people bustling around as Wilbur walked out of his room even made him question if he was in Kosanto at all.

"What on earth are they doing here?" Wilbur asked.

Arsi quickly explained, "Oh, a bunch of projects have been approved to turn Diseya into a tourist town. It's going to focus on tourism now, which will improve the town's economy."

Wilbur frowned. "Are you sure you're not misinforming me here?"

Arsi shrugged. "No, you heard me right. I think it's ridiculous too, but Kosanto and Moda have restored their friendship, and a visa waiver was set up on the border between them. That means that the people of Moda can come to Diseya through the border, and vice versa. This visa waiver's a rather attractive feature, so I don't think the tourist town is all that far-fetched."

Wilbur stared at Arsi in disbelief, who chuckled as well. Indeed, too many things had happened in the past two days, and Arsi also knew that the higher-ups of both Moda and Diseya were doing their best to cover up the Night Demon incident.

Arsi told Wilbur everything that had happened in the past two days, who then heaved a sigh of relief after hearing them. "Thank god it's all over. I guess this General Victor guy used to hold a pretty high position in Moda and giving him so much control over the army was definitely a hard pill for his colleagues to swallow."
